Refund policy

 I am proud to stand behind the Happiness Policy. We offer refunds and do not offer exchanges. I am glad to accept items for return within 14 days of purchase provided that those pieces have tags on and are in sell-able condition (come from smoke-free and pet hair free home). We can only accept returns on items that were purchased from our shop. Refunds are given for the amount of purchase for the item. Shipping cost on the original purchase is not refunded. Credit will be given on the same form of payment used to purchase the item. Any gifts received with purchase must be returned. Mystery, special capsule items, and discounted items are final sale. We will only process returns after the following Google form is completed. Once you fill out the form you can drop your return off in the mail. We will keep an eye out for your package!
